We round off our week of posts with some local flair. This fall, Portland played host to the inaugural XOXO fest, organized by Andy McMillan and Andy Baio. While this “arts and technology festival celebrating disruptive creativity” didn’t exactly focus on Portland itself, it also couldn’t have been held anywhere else.
