Marketing is hard. Emails are hard. Marketing emails are double-hard. Best Made Company does it so well. First, expectations are set right from the sign-up screen, where subscribers are promised “compelling stories & useful information.”

The brand has solid footing that feels sturdy and dependable. You can’t argue with a simple, consistent graphic identity that manages to capture the spirit of Americana and a sense of durability, yet remains flexible enough to evolve over time.

I’m always a sucker for design systems built of simple, solid typography that frames very well-crafted copy and gorgeous photography. And then there are the moments of wonderful writing, nicely set, then photographed. Mmmm...delicious.

Best Made is good.
