Founded in 1998, Blok is an award-winning design studio that works across media and disciplines, collaborating with leading thinkers and creators in the fields of architecture, film, contemporary art and industrial design to take on projects that blend cultural awareness, humanity and a love of art to advance society and business alike.

Clients hail from the US to Mexico to Canada and have included some of the world’s top brands, such as Nike, Pepsi, the Miami Art Museum, ING, José Cuervo and Nestlé. The studio also initiates and produces independent curatorial and publishing projects, with a clear vision to rethink and expand our understanding of the world around us, whether the subject is architecture, art or contemporary culture.

Blok’s work is frequently published in leading books, periodicals and design blogs around the world and has been exhibited in countries from Japan to Germany, including the Museo Tamayo in Mexico City, and most recently at the Bienal Iberamericanna de Diseño, Spain. The studio’s work is represented in the permanent collection of the Royal Ontario Museum as well as the Library of Congress in Washington.
