Edition of 9
Edition of 9 is a project focusing on the
encounter and exchange between artisans and designers. After the success
of last year’s project, Edition of 6, nine small firms specializing in art and craft plus nine designers were shown during the last Milan Furniture Show.
The project, curated and organized by Something Good, featured works by Giorgio Biscaro, Paolo Cappello, Valentina Carretta, Oscar Diaz, Takuya Matsuda, Pedrita, Leonardo Talarico, Zaven and Matteo Zorzenoni. The works were crafted by Fonderia Dal Bianco, La Veneta, Nico Toniolo, Pietro Viero, Sartori Marmi and Vanzo Ferro Battuto.

The exhibition was hosted in an old machine shop in Lambrate, a quarter in the outskirts of Milan, the new hub of the Milan Design Week. Far from the official industrial production, the brand new objects from a limited series represent new fields of
collaboration and experimentation.
