Sculpture by Sam Baron, photographed by Anthony Cotsifas

Giant glass sausage typography. Awesome. This gorgeous glass sculpture was designed by French industrial and furniture designer Sam Baron, who works as the design director at Fabrica. When Monica Khemsurov and Jill Singer of Sight Unseen asked Sam to participate in NoHo Design District, he decided to create a glass installation in the windows of the Japan Premium Beef butcher shop using sausage shapes. Sam worked with Italian glass maker Massimo Lunardon to execute the glass sculptures. For the features page of the Design and Living issue of T Magazine, they came together again to create the sausages in the shape of the letter “T.”

The sausages are photographed beautifully by native New York still life photographer Anthony Cotsifas
