You’ll probably recognize the aesthetic and tone of filmmakers Daniel Mercadante and Katina Hubbard from recent Apple spots. There’s a consistent level of authenticity and down-home charm to all their work. On top of that, there’s often an underlying message and somewhat subliminal meaning to their films that creeps up and sticks with you.

Despite the fact that their films are so calm and "real," they still keep you on the edge of your seat. My personal favorites, which you can watch below, are "Words," "Baseball," and especially "Symmetry."
