Unprocessed food transformed into perfect cubes.

Dutch newspaper De Volkskrant asked Lernert & Sander to make a photograph for their documentary photography special, with the theme food. The solution was a transformation of unprocessed food into perfect cubes of 2,5 x 2,5 x 2,5 cm. A simple and clever visual input in the debate of processed vs. natural food.

Lernert & Sander have been working together since 2007 are is best known for their high-concept art films, eye-catching installations and keen fashion aesthetic. Driven by their cheeky sense of humour, Lernert & Sander’s simple yet stunning approach has earned the duo numerous awards, international accolades and industry-wide recognition. They live and work in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
