The overt has become so commonplace that there just aren’t enough things that celebrate the beauty of the sublime and subtle. Polanski, however, embeds that notion into their brand mantra.

As described by its founders, Irwin Matutina and Kyoko Fukuda, Polanski is not just another glossy fashion magazine. Subtlety and suggestion are key to its visual language, where innocence is juxtaposed with self-awareness and confidence.

Polanski began as a blog of found fashion imagery, which grew a decent following on Tumblr. After a year, the blog paused, took a step back, stopped posting content on Tumblr and has transformed into a beautiful art book/magazine
