SlapFat label detail

Ryan Feerer and Chad Zellner have been working on SlapFat BrewBQ Sauces for over a year. The design has just the right amount of attitude and appropriateness. The use of bold typography with Ryan’s tight iconic illustration is legit.

The story behind the name is as unique as the design:
“My grandpa used to always say ‘a beer in the basket is worth an ocean of wishes’... he was crazy, but he made some dang good barbecue sauce. He would always slap his fat belly after every good meal in appreciation and say ‘that’s slap fat good.’”
