SOLIPSIST, directed by Andrew Huang

SOLIPSIST is a three-part psychedelic fantasy short film about otherworldly beings whose minds and bodies converge into one entity. Filled with elaborate costumes, stunning visual effects and underwater puppets, the film is a non-narrative, purely visual/audio experience designed to transport viewers through a hypnotic, dreamlike experience.

Director Andrew Huang creates fascinating and strange visual worlds through his command of visual effects. He first broke onto the scene with a short called Doll Face, which was a hit at SIGGRAPH and went viral on YouTube. His work has spanned film, music videos and commercials.

There are lots of impressive visual effects out there, but Andrew’s strong design aesthetic makes his work a must see.
