Unseen 2015

We consider a lot of events to be design solutions, as they are essentially creative responses to problems. Unseen Photo Fair Amsterdam promotes and showcase the abundance of talented up-and-coming “unseen and undiscovered” international photographers, who may not otherwise have the opportunity to be seen, through a comprehensive program of events.

The program includes a photography fair (bringing together more than 50 galleries to showcase new photography), book fair (promoting independent publishing and “beautiful books”), photography award, published catalogues, and magazines.

The event has built a global community around an appealing and accessible celebration of contemporary photography. The importance for us comes from the revitalization and focus on photography as an art form and profession.

Aside from the impact and success of the event, the branding by Dutch design studio, Vandejong is  consistently fresh, evolving and engaging.
