I think everyone that stumbled across these images through ffffound or whatever designy bookmarking site you use thought to themselves, “Holy eff. I want one of those!” I know that’s what I thought when I saw these awesome illustrations by Juri Zaech.

Bicycles + lettering? Yes. While these illustrations only exist in digital form right now, Juri states that he’s working on prototyping one of the designs. I know as soon as he figures out how to actually get these things fabricated, I will be one of the first people to purchase one!

Also, I think it might be the first time in my life that I appreciate having a “J” name, since it isn’t too hard to picture it translating into a bike fork. (Cap J’s are one of my least favorite letters, I feel like I’ve never drawn one I like.)

Are these meant to be decorative or practical?

I know what you mean about the capital J. Make one you like with your next set of prints so my husband Josh and I can buy one!
